NCT-CCC VISION STATEMENT
Our vision at New Covenant Temple - Cultural Community Center is humble: To meet the needs of this community. God has given us the vision at this time as there is a great need, not just in this community, but in this nation as well. We are a group of people on a God-given assignment to minister to the multi-faceted needs of those in our community to make a difference.
As a small body of people with a BIG heart, we have decided to make the required sacrifices to bring this great work to fruition. As this generation continues to evolve, there is a common need left unfulfilled -- HOPE. The ultimate goal of the nonprofit Cultural Community Center will be the creation of a school for autistic children to offer assistance to those dealing with this insidious disease, which has been on a steady increase. The vision of the program is also to provide a safe haven for this community and will include programs such as feeding the elderly, free preventive healthcare, tutoring, clothing giveaways and dependency counseling.
We will feed the hungry through a network of food banks and donations. We will provide preventive healthcare by partnering with clinics and hospitals that will provide blood pressure checks, diabetic tests, mammograms and other health-related services. Our mission will be to provide after-school programs that will help in tutoring those children that fall behind and need more help than what the schools can offer. We believe that this program will be effective in helping students achieve immediate and lasting change in their lives.
With the after-school program, we will also work with those who assist autistic children. We look forward to achieving our goal to build a school for autistic children to provide them with necessary skills to live productive lives, while providing some much needed relief to their parents. We will build a building that will enable us to feed the hungry and cloth those in need all year round. And with this building, we will have a center that will allow us to have activities in the community for children in HOPE that we can get them off the streets.
The Cultural Community Center is a 501(c)(3) organization.
